MID-WEEK &SSOCIATION Tiro fifth round of the mid-week competitions woro concluded at tho Basin Rosorvo yesterday afternoon. The wickets woro in good condition. In tho match Union-Rivals, Union, in their first innmps, made 245. Rivals in-their first innings, mado 124, of which Hales was top ecoror frith a woll-playod 23. Being 131 bohrnd, Rivals followed on, and at tho call of time had lost four wickets for IGG runs (Wileon not out 84, and Scbloadt not out 35). Union won by 121 rung on the first innings.
