At Thorndon baths last night tie Thorndon Club decided the final ofi a 60yd6. handicap, the preliminary heats of which had i een held the previous night. The event resulted; \V. R. King, lOsec., 1; C. Sheeby, 3sec., 2; F. Desmond, lOscc., 3, The other competitors >vere W. Lomas osec. and C. Neal lOsec.The winner maintained the load, throughout, and won by a foot from' Sheeby, with Desmond close up third.
