KAISER'S FAMILY BUYS AMERICAN BONDS. (Rec. February 5, 0.5 a.m.) London, February 4. / The "Daily Express's" New York correspondent elleges . that the German Imperial family has purchased large blocks of Now York bonds as a standby in case of disaster. The shares cover Canal and big highway improvement schemes, and wero bought at auction about a year ago, the syndicate securing the whole of the issue.
