GERMAN AGENTS IN SPAIN. (Rec. February 4, 5 p.m.) London, February 3. The pro-German demonstration, in Spain on the Kaiser's birthday was secretly engineered by the Germans. Numerous societies were formed in re-, cent years, ostensibly for country excursions, but really as an integral part of an extensive military organisation. The excursionists not only used to drill, but also sccured plans of every district of strategic value.—("Times" and Sydney "Sun" Services.)
