THE CAPTURED PARSEVAL AT LIBAU
HISTORY OF ITS CREW (Rec. February 3, 1.10 a.m.) Petrograd, February 2. The crew of the Parseval which dropped bombs at Libau included two men who had been employed as hairdressers at Libau, also Lieutenant Sclienk, a large landowner in Russia, where he condutced a lucrative timber business for the German Government, fechenk refuses to disclose the nature of the orders whereby he bombod a defenceless city.
