VISIT OF YOUNG AUSTRALIA LEAGUE
En route to i the Panama Pacific Exposition at San Francisco, with a full world's tour to follow, the forty boys who will visit Wellington on. Wednesday next, representing,.the Young Australia League, are creating considerable interest in local circles. A busy programme has been mapped out for the boys, culminating in a grand concert at St. Peter's Hall, Ghuznee Street, on Wednesday evening. The company is a versatile comprising in .the first place Australia's champion boy,violinist. Gymnasts, vocalists, elocutionists, and musicians are included, and in addition the entire company make up a first-lass band. The boys will be accorded a civio reception by the Mayor, and will visit the Gear Meat Works, Petone Woollen Mills, and .will see Wellington per observation car. Advice from the Commonwealth -would indicate that the members of this present Y.A.L. party are capable of staging a front-rank programme, and a large audience will doubtless visit St. Peter's on Wednesday night.
