Lieutenant Henry Cumberland Cotton, A.D.C., Corps.of New Zealand Engineers. to be Orderly Officer to the Acting-Administrator. Samoa, vice Lieutenant William Henry Dillon Bell. His Excellency the Governor has also approved of the cancellation of the appointment of Lieutenant Frank' Stanley Robinson, Auckland Garrison Artillery, to the .Field Artillery Brigade, New Zealand Expeditionary Force (2nd Reinforcements) ; and that the name of Lieutenant Norman Edward Lee, New Zealand Field Artillery, be substituted in lieu.
