CARGO FROM THE INTERNED ROON
CONDITIONS OP DELIVERY.. (Rec. January 29, 10.45 p.m.) Melbourne, January 29. The Chamber of Commerce has received a reply to inquiries from the Consul-General at Batavia, stating that tile Roon's cargo would be delivered conditional on the production of full sets of bills of lading or bank guarantees for payment of freight, bank guarantee for the share of general average, and the payment of ten per cent, on account thereof, and bank guarantee for discharging expenses. *
