PHOSPHOROUS IN GERMAN SHELLS
'A MEDICAL INVESTIGATION. (Rec. January 29, 0.55 a.m.) Paris, January 28. The Academy of Medicine has investigated the use of phosphorus in German shells, which is causing necrosis in many of the wounded. The maimer of using the phosphorus seems to prove criminal intention on the part of the enemy.
