RUSSIAN COMPLIMENT TO BRITAIN
EMPIRE ACCEPTED ITS RESPONSIBILITIES. (Rec. January 28, 5 p.m.) Petrograd, January 28. M. Sazanoff (Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs), speaking to the Committee of the Duma, expressed the opinion that Britain was accepting all tho responsibilities of the war that had been expected of her, and much more.
