A TRENCH INCIDENT TWO IRISHMEN CHARGE. (Rec. January 24, 5.40 p.m.) London, January 23. A Devonian writes that while ho was in an observation trcnch six Germane advanced and got into the trench, and we couldn't shift them. Two Irish riflemen caiue up and asked, "What ]£ the matter?" One toned to the othei and said, "Como on, Tim I Suro we 1 sliiJt them." The.v'fixed bayonets and rushed forward.
