GOVERNMENT URGED TO IMPORT AT ONCE. • (Reo. January 22,10.30 p.m.) London, January 22. The Emergency Workers' Committee, after investigating the increased cost of wheat, passed a resolution requesting tho Government immediately to take steps to gain control of more ships and bring wheat from the Argentine and Canada, the Government bearing the cost of transport.. ■
