'Advices from Now Caledonia state that all men due for military service in 1909-10-11 .have been order to join the drafts departing for France in .February. The newspapor "La France Australie" states that the order has been received with much enthusiasm by all the young Frenchmen, who are desirous of joining their confreres fighting in the Homeland. •
