LOYAL ANTIPODEAN LODGE

The Loyal Antipodean Lodge of Oddfellows, M.U., met last evening, when the balance-sheet to December 31 last was adopted, showing the total funds to be £20,714 3s. 3d., and the membership 453. A sum of £11,390 of the funds is invested on first mortgage, the interest on which during 1914 amounted to £690 l'Bs. 2d. Cash in bank is £394 3s. lid. The greater portion of the balance is invested in property, which, if assessed at the Government valuation, would show a very great increase. Rents received for the year amounted to £280 15s. 4d.
