Entries close on , (Wednesday, January 27, next, and entries for the annual Ram Fair on Mon'day, February 1. A Mangamaire (Pahiatua) farmer had the- excellent percentage of 137 lambs last sprint. A line of 204 ewes produced 280 .lambs. Of the latter 95 per cent were disposed of recently to a fat stock' buyer at ruling rates while the balance were sold at the Pahiatua stock sale this week at 10s. 6d. per head. —Pahiatua correspondent.
