WOUNDS IN BATTLE
REMARKABLE RECOVERIES. (R«c. January 1,8, 5 p.m.) London, January 18. The "Journal of Surgery" reports that remarkable recoveries have been made from wounds. One soldier had a largo holo driven into the frontal region of his scalp, and another had the vortex of his skull fractured, followed by extensive paralysis of the limbs.
