COLONIAL PRISONERS IN GERMANY
PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT, (Reo. January. 14, 0.10 a.m.) London, January ;18. A correspondent to the "Times" points out that Germany has already gjvon preferential treatment to colonial prisoners. A party of Australians were allowed to remain at their hotel, merely reporting themselves twice weekly.
