Last evening in the Salvation Army Citadel, Vivian.Street, the annual coin- \ missioning of.cadets who have been in * traiiiing during the last ten months at the William Booth Memorial Training 1 College took place, the ceremony being : conducted by Commissioner Hodder, assisted by the chief secretary (Lieut.- . Colonel Powley). .The proceedings were of a very impressive nature, and the Commissioner, who based his charge on verses in the 61st Chapter -of Isaiah, "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me," etc., delivered a strong address.
