Remuora, at Hobart from London., The liner should, clear the lasmanian port to-day, and is due at Wellington on Wednesday. ARAWA ARRIVES HOME. A cablegram has been received stating that the Shaw-Savill liner Arowa (lIM N Z T. No. 10) arrived at London on January 4, from Wellington, 'via Aleiandria and Gibraltar. According to the company's time-table the Araiva should leave the Home port for Wellington on March 5, being due here on April 20. MESS-TABLE GOSSIP. Captain A. H. With transhipments of butter and cheese for the New Zealand Shipping Company's Somerset, the coastal steamer Corinna is due at Wellington from New Plymouth on Tuesday next. The Department has' been advised that tho Hinemoa. arrived at Kaipara yesterday, and is to sail today for Onehunga and Wellington. While the New Zealand Shipping Company's chartered 6teimer Somerset is en route from Waitara to Napier she will make o call at Wellington on Tuesday to pick up dairy produce transhipments. From Napier the vessel will come back to Wellington, being due here in time to leave for London on January 19. En routo from Liverpool to Wellington the F. and S. Line's 6teamer Westmeath left Durban for Auckland on January 6; She is due at the northern port on February 4, and at Wellington on February 12. Greymouth reported yesterday morning that there was a heavy fresh in the river, which had causod delay to shipping. Later advices received 6tated that the weather generally showed signs of improving. An arrival ait Auckland from Liverpool yesterday was the F. and S. Line's chartered steamer El Cordobes. It is expected that the vessel will arrive at Wellington on January 16. The Union Company steamer Taviuni has been fixed to leave Wellington. for Picton and Auckland on Tuesday next. She will resume running in the Eastern Pacific service from Auckland on January 19. It was originally intended that the ShawSavill chartered steamer Largo Law should leave Napier finally for London. These arrangements have been altered po <sg to enable the vessel to visit Wellington to coal on Monday, and she will bo dispatched for Homo on Tuesday, January 12. On account of having been dolayed in the north thc'Waiwcra will not leave Auckland for Napier and Wellington till Monday. According to advices received in Wellington yesterday the P. and 0. steamer Mooltan was expected to arrive at Sydney from London to-day. Her New Zealand passengers and cargo will arrive at Wellington by tho Manuka on January 19. Cargo for Waitara will bo taken in by the coastal steamer Tainui at Wellington to-day. After having been laid up at Wellinston for some tmie the Maoriland Steamship Co.'s Ennerdnle will sail for Greymouth today.
