A cablegram has been received by the head offloe of the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co. stating that the liner Zealandio had been reported in the English Channel on January 6. The Zealandio left Wellington on November 27 for London, wi'Ji Tool for the January sales, and has arrived two days ahead of time. :— . i Advice has been- received, by the local office of the New Zealand Shipping Company stating that tho Turakina, which cleared Wellington for London on December 17, arrived at Monto Video, on January 5. She is due at h«r destination on January 28. Tho Now Zealand Shipping Company's ohartered steamer Queen Margaret is .to leave Wellington for London at noon tomorrow. This is her first visit to Wellington, and she woe built in 1912 by Messrs. S. Duncan and Co. for the Dunlop S.B. Co. During 1914 there were 5152 arrivals recorded for the port of Newoastle, as compared with 5461 vessels inwards during the previous twelve months. , The Union Company's oollier Kama is due at Newcastle from Sydney to-day to load for Auckland.
