DEMAND OF THE REBELS

Rome, January 8. . Prior to the Tebels' attack on Durazzo they demanded that _ the French and Servian representatives Bho'uld be handed over to them.
All the European representatives have left except the Austrian and Bulgarian.' who apparently do not fear ill-treatment at the nands of the rebels.
