6 ■■ ' SEQUEL IN THE POLICE COURT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Gisborne, January 2. James Blance, for wilfully damaging a pane of glass in connection with Thursday night's raid, was fined £3 and costs in the Police Court to-day. He was also charged with inciting other persons to break and enter, and was fined £5 and costs on this charge. The Magistrate said attacks on inoffensive citizens were cowardly, and certainly not the conduct of Britishers. Ho had not for a moment thought men in this town would have acted in this way. He gave the community credit for bettor sense. Proceedings against others are likely to follow. V
