SCREENING ATTACKS
THE GERMAN METHOD (Reo. December 28, 10.20 p.m.)' Havre, December 28. The Belgian Commission's seventh .report details numerous instances of Germans screening their attacking columns with Belgian men, womon, and children many of whom were killed and wounded by Belgian bullets, though the Belgians in most cases refrained from firing.
