' Tliree houses in Marion Street were broken into between theJiours of & and 10 o'ciockon Thursday night while the occupants wero absent. - As ; far as can be ascertained, nothing is missing from any of the houses, and the fact that Borne valuable jewellery was overlooked would indicate that money was sought. The matter wae reported to the police late on Saturday night. ■
