A steady 6tream of visitors has been attracted to the Art Gallery in Whitmcro Street since 'the opening of the annual exhibition of tho New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts. Worsl'ej', £8 Bs.; "A Sussex Homestead," by C. H. Worsley, £12 12s. "The Southern Alps from Waimakariri," Hordman Smith, £3 3s'.;. "Fishing Boats, Staites," Herdman Smith, £3 3s.—all water-colours. "The Tawa Trees," K. M. Ballantyne, £5 55.; "T'atuma Beach," H. M. Gore, £3 10s.; "Summertime," Margaret Sale, £15 155.; "The Haystack," F. M'Cracken, £1 Is.; "Friars' Crag, Derwentwater," C. H.
