Congratulations to three recently-, elected members of Parliament, Messrs. A. H. Hindmarsli, R. Fletcher, and R. A. Wright, wore extended by the Mayor and endorsed by tho city councillors when tho municipal body met last evening. The M.P.'s replied, and Mr. Hindmarsh specially thanked the Mayor for his congratulations to him, which, ho said, wore very generous in view of the fact that he and His Worship were opjponontß at tho jjoU.
