MOTOR SPEEDING CONDEMNED.The City Council decided last even* ing that the Superintendent of Police should be written to, drawing his attnntion to the danger caused by the' fuuous riding of certain motor cyclist.! in the streets of tbe city, and suggesting that prosecutions should be instituted. Councillor R. Fletcher observed that tho motor cyclists in community were becoming a public nuisance. Councillor J. Godber said that thft Telegraph and Post Office boys were perhaps, the greatest offenders in this respect. -.'
