FULL SPEED RIGHT THROUGH Melbourno, December 17. The Federal Senate is debating Australia's part in the war. Senator Millen, Defence Minister, .stated that 39,000 men had already enlisted, and he estimates to provide 42,000 this financial year. Australia, he said, should gofull epeed right through, and assist recruiting by advertising. ■ In the House of Representatives, Mr. Cook (Leader of the Opposition) maintained that. Australia was not doing enough compared with Canada. Mr. Fisher (the Prime Minister) said Australia had done more ashore and afloat than any other Dominion. ■ • ' •
