Several matters of interest to the people of the sutmrb were discussed at u meeting of the Roseneatb Ratepayers' Association last night. : Satisfaction expressed with the decision of the City Council, conveyed by letter, to put in hand at once the work of numbering all houses in Roseneath. It was decided at tho same time to draw attention to the bad state of Carlton Gore Road, and Crescent Road, and Grafton Road. . The secretary was instructed to write to the Tramway Committee asking thiit_ the pole in tho middle of tho now portion of tho bicycle track bo removed. Attention was drawn to the danger to which children were exposed by the frequent breakages of electric ljght wires in Hosoneath,- and it was decided to request the authorities to take some steps to minimise the danger. Two new members were elected, bringing the total membership of the association up to between 80 and 90:
