■SOME' RETURNS. - The electric light returns for November show a decrease in revenue of £153 compared.with the returns for the corresponding month of last year, but against that there was a reduction of £392 effected in the working expenses. The return presented to ithe Power Stations^and Tramways Committee of the City, Council yesterday was as under:— £ £ 1914. 1913.
