Reformers are recalling tlie statement by Mr. R. M'Kenzie, made wlieu a member of t'hfj Ward Government, at Opiihafee m 1911. The Hawera "Stags'' repqrtof the Minister's, statement, made in answer to a request for a railway, is as follows -,Trr . "If you do not support us, you must go without your railway.'
