HEMP & TOW GRADED

The following return shows the quantities of hemp, tow, and stripper slips graded at the ports of the Dominion during the month of November, 1914. Hemp.—The total number of bales graded was 5679, as compared with 13,294 for the corresponding month of last year, a decrease of 7615 bales. For the twelve months ending November. 30 tile number of bales graded was 106,095, as compared with 165,595 for the previous twelve months, a decrease of 59,500 bales:
