CIVIL SERVICE'TOURNAMENT. A bowling tournament was hold oil tiie Wellington Club's green, yesterday between rinks representing 'the Post and Telegraph and Government Printing Office Departments on the one side and the Railway Department and the rest of the Civil Service on the other.
