CIVIL SERVICE'TOURNAMENT. A bowling tournament was hold oil tiie Wellington Club's green, yesterday between rinks representing 'the Post and Telegraph and Government Printing Office Departments on the one side and the Railway Department and the rest of the Civil Service on the other. During tlie morning the weather was inclined to. be dull and cold, but the sun came out during the afternoon and made things a'little more pleasant. The games resulted i.s follow:— '
