iVALOUR OF THE EP.INAL GARRISON, Paris, November 26. The valour of the garrison prevented the Germans getting within fifteen miles of Epinal, though tho garrison was often outnumbered tenfold. The Germans still occupy eighty thousand acres in the Vosges department. British aviators report that the Germans between Nieuport and Dixmude are only sufficient to make tho Allies' o (lensive over tho frozen floods inadvisable. Tho bulk of the Germans havo been transferred to Lille.
