The trouble, was the soquel to family differences, and, a revolver figured in the case. The jury found accused guilty, of intimidation, but not of, intent to kill. Sentence was deferred. , ■ William Albert Welland was sentenced to eighteen months' imprisonment on a charge of having caused a certain noxious thing to. be taken with intent to procuro miscarriage.
