I Zealand. Since last writing I have- changed my flag end name, end the "Everett G. Griggs" is now known as the American barquentinc "E. E. Stirling." I have changed the flag and name, giving .as a reason that the "Grigge" has to all intents and .purposes become an American vessel, having been rigged at Seattle into her- present rig at a cost of over 70.000 United Httttos gold dollars and. owned by an American. That I have taken advantage of the recent Emergency Ael p.ie6ed hy the United States Government to build up American shipping to place tho vessel under the American flag. My eon. Hay M.
