' CONCESSIONS TO THE BREWERS. (Rec. November 26, 0.15 a.m.) London, November 25. Mr. Lloyd George's concessions to the brewers represent between three millions and four millions sterling. This will enable the trado to adjust its business to the decreased consumption. The trade in soma districts has fallen fifty per cent.
