PORTUGAL AND THE WAR
READY TO STAND IN WITH U (Rec. November 26, 1 a.m.) Lisbon, November. 25. Congress- has unanimously approved the Government's proposal that Portugal should co-operate in the international conflict, in accordance with the British alliance, when action is found necessary. The British Minister was present and received an ovation.
