HIGH WIND AND KEEN GREENS Saturday's play was marred to a very great extent by tho stiff north-wester which as often as not spoilt the bestlaid shots, and set up problems in windago throughout tho afternoon. Owing to tho long spell of dry weather, the majority of the greens wore unusually keen, a fact, which added to difficulties n drawing, cmd made some of the beads positively comio in. design.
