' The .hearing of a Customs case in which John Alexander M'Kinnon was concerned was concluded this morning. ■His Honour's summing up last about 45 minutes. The jury occupied an hour in consulting as to the verdict, and returned with a verdict of "Not guilty." Tho Crown Prosecutor mentioned another indictment, and said he was considering tho position of tho Crown in this, and would decide later whether ho would go on with it or not. M'Kinnon was then released on the samo bail as previously.
