(By T«iejrrapli—Wees Association) Chi Istchurch, November 13. At the North Canterbury District Methodist Synod to-day the Rev. R. W. Laycock' was elected representative to the coming annual conference. It was decided to recommend the conference to station ministers beyond five years in a circuit oh- a sixty per cent, conference vov-e being secured. .
