BRITAIN'S TREATMENT OF ALIENS
GERMAN NEWSPAPER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT '

Berlin, November 14. The "Vorwaerts" publishes long, articles from its London correspondent describing the treatment of aliens, and says that the action of the police throughout has been extremely forbearing, polite, and obliging, it adds: "The British people generally entertain no feeling of hatred against the Germans, much less against Austrians, though they are convinced that Germany, instigated the war for the extension of'her power."
