Sydney, November 13. r In the Assembly, Mr. Holman, the State Premier, explained that the new Commonwealth loan of £7,400,000 would be made available In New South Wales in instalments during the next twelve months from December I.' During that period the Government would spend £9,000,000 on railways and other .reproductive works. ' Financial difficulties were likely to thicken during the war, which, he predicted, would be long and difficult.
