Charles Robert Kerr pleaded; not guilty to making a false ' document in older to obtain a bottle of whisky, the document 'being a doctor'-s order. . In view of : fresh evidence from that called in the Lower Court being adduced, Mr. Scurr, who appeared, for the accused, intimated that Ken- would plead guilty. Sentence was deferred. An elderly man named John Jones pleaded not guilty*to a charge of indecently assaulting'a little, girl. The case was not completed when the Court rose.
