Amsterdam newspapers state that many trains containing German infantry, cavalry,Nand guns are passing through Brussels and Louvain towards Germany. , _ Paris, November 8. Field-Marshal Von der Goltz, the German military governor in Belgium, in a proclamation issued at Brussels, states that hostages have been taken in all towns near railways liable to dam age, and will be Bliot if damage is attempted.
