COURT OF APPEAL
STRUCK QFF THE ROLLS / - ___ By a judgment of the Court of Appeal yesterday, the name of Robert Taylor Wood, solicitor, of Auckland, was removed from the rolls of the Supremo Court. Wood was recently convicted of theft in Auckland, and was undergoing detention as an habitual inebriate. ; A BANKRUPTCY CASE. - Decision was reserved by the Court in the case of the Onehunga Sawmilling Co., Ltd.-, i v. the Official Assignee in bankruptcy of the property of M. H. King, sawmiller, of Raurimu. The case, of which some particulars were published yesterday, concerned the validity (or otherwise) of an agreement between the ..company and King for the Bupply of timber cut under a license held by King.
