THE ELECTIONS

—r- ♦ , ' MR. R. A. WRIGHT AT JOHNSONVILLE. Mr. R. A. Wright continued his election campaign for the Suburbs seat last night, when he spoke at Johnsonville. Mr.-W. J. Thompson occupied the chair. Replying to Mr. Mooro, the Labour candidate, Mr. Wright denied that the present Government had got into'office through treachery. The fact had been forgotten that two of the Labour members in the. In answer to questions, Mr. Wright said that during the time he was in Parliament he had voted against the Word Administration; the Government had taken the only possible course during the strike; Mr. Massey was not, the enemy of the bona fide workers, but was against-agitators.
