MONOBEL POWDER
—«— IS IT A SAFE EXPLOSIVE?', (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Auckland, October 30. Sittings of the Court of Arbitration appointed to inquire .as to whether Monobel powder is an explosive which may be safely used in tbo coal mines at Huntly were resumed this afternoon. A great deal of expert evidence was given, the good qualities of Monobel being referred to.by several witnesses. His Honour announced that the award would bo made known as soon as the Arbitration Court had arrived at a decision. . ,
