ADDING WATER TO MILK.' (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Foxton, October 30. At the local S.M. Court this morning, Davis, a milk vendor, was fined £20 and costs for selling adulterated milk containing 20 per cent, of water.' The Magistrate, Mr. Poynton, severely commented upon the abuse of articles of food 60 many depended upon, instancing women and children. •■ ' .
