Moisture is 1 badly needed for pastures and gardens, while many tanks are very low. - A presentation of a writing-desk was recently made to Mr.'. P. Tahimi, who' has loft to join the Native Force now in camp at Avondale, on behalf of the. teachers and scholars of the Native schooh where Mr. Tahimi was a master.
